Tyler specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and commercial real estate across Southern California, advising private investors, owners, and 1031 exchange buyers. His approach is centered on uncovering off-market opportunities, strategic underwriting, and positioning assets to achieve the strongest possible outcome in today’s evolving market.
Prior to real estate, he spent six years working as an ICU nurse, where he developed a high level of discipline, critical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments. That experience continues to shape how Tyler approaches transactions \u2014 methodical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
Joshua Andrade
Josh is a multifamily real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales across Southern California markets including the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Josh connects with clients to provide personalized strategic advice that helps investors maximize value and build long-term wealth.
